Updating URL pattern to deal with "#"

Changed URL pattern from "https://greensdictofslang.com/entry/$1" to "https://w3id.org/Greens/$1" (see here: https://github.com/perma-id/w3id.org/blob/master/Greens/.htaccess). This helps URLs to resolve more effectively. However, despite the fact that the w3id.org rewrite command also handles source identifiers, this property will not be merged with https://lgbtdb.wikibase.cloud/wiki/Property:P249. --Superraptor (talk) 14:21, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
