Updating URL pattern to deal with "#"

Changed URL pattern from "https://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~wyatt/tv-char$1" to "https://w3id.org/GayLesbianBisexualTVCharacters/$1" (see here: https://github.com/perma-id/w3id.org/blob/master/GayLesbianBisexualTVCharacters/.htaccess).
